Should other anti-inflammatory products be reduced or removed from protocol when adding Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

I assume talking about things like NSAIDs, like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, things like that, Turmeric. I haven't seen the need to reduce or remove other anti-inflammatories, whether they're natural or pharmaceutical.

In fact, it's thought that some anti-inflammatories, for example CBD, CBD oil, tends to work well with LDN.

I don't see there's a reason to reduce or restrict other anti-inflammatories. Now with that said, I've had a lot of patients, they've taken a lot of NSAIDs, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, they take LDN and they no longer need to take as much, and they're relieved by the fact they no longer need to take as much. I haven't seen any need to restrict anti-inflammatories being an LDN.
