How long after you start LDN for pain do patients to experience pain relief? 

Everyone is a bit different. For some patients with chronic pain from fibromyalgia, we see remarkable results on small doses of 0.5 milligrams, even after two weeks. For some patients, it takes two to three months, having gotten to the full dose of 4.5 mg before the symptoms start to subside. The general rule is, get to the highest dose that you can get to and then stay on that dose for three months. Then review whether or not the pain has improved.
