How long are capsules of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) good?

Capsules are made off site from us in a factory where they are stamped with a specific date that they cannot be used beyond. Although that is a bit arbitrary, in fact, it really is quite arbitrary at the moment because of some regulatory changes. You really shouldn't use LDN capsules any day past the date, the last day of the month, of the date that stamped on the bottle. It means that there's a chance that they might not be as effective.

In reality, would I take it if it was six months out of date. From what I know about the studies about how the stability of Naltrexone works, I absolutely would. I don't think there's any major deterioration. However, I would say if it says don't take beyond October 2023, don't use them beyond October 2023.
