Is it okay to take co-codamol 4 hours after LDN? And how many a day is okay?

After 4 hours or so you can take co-codamol and the codeine may not be quite as effective as it was before, but you're certainly going to get the benefit from the paracetamol and maybe a little bit of the co-codamol.

Co-codamol, if they're 8 mg/500 mg, generally, you're not going to see a major difference in pain control from swapping co-codamol 8 mg/500 mg to paracetamol or Tylenol 500 mg. We would say that baseline pain control, 2 paracetamol at 500 mg or acetaminophen (Tylenol) four times a day is perfectly sensible.

If you need to take co-codamol, then absolutely taking co-codamol - give a four hour gap just to make sure that you don't interfere with the codeine too much by taking Naltrexone. So, it's perfectly sensible.
