Why does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) seem to cause low mood at times?

If you're taking LDN and you develop a low mood, or a feeling of flatness, it's because you're taking too much. Halve the dose and start titrating again. Your body needs time to get used to LDN. If you're consistently feeling that you're getting a low mood or you're feeling very flat, you're maybe taking too much. So again, halve the dose and gradually increase until you get the benefit without feeling the issue.
