Is there any advantage of trying lower dosages of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for a while?
I've been on 4.5 mg for at least ten years, I think I'm fine, but would there be any advantage of trying lower dosages for a while?
Find the lowest effective dose for you. If you can bring it down to 4 or 3.5 mg and you are still golden, great. Let's find the lowest effective dose.
If you don't want to change, there's no harm in not changing. It's working for you. You've been on it for ten years. You are stable.
I am very hesitant to take people who are happy and stable and then just go and try and knock them out of stable flight just because new information came out.
If you are good, you are good. Stay good. You are awesome. And it's been ten years of awesome, so stay there.
