Refund Policy

All of our sales are of digital content and therefore are covered under the law for Digital Content Sale.

The Consumer Rights Act defines digital content as ‘data which are produced and supplied in digital form'.

The digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, as described when sold, and fit for purpose. If it isn’t then you can apply for a full or partial refund, which we will give if we agree.

From purchasing your digital content for a live event you have 14 days to “cool off”. If you make your purchase within 14 days of the event, you must apply for your refund 24 hours before the start of the event and understand you are waiving your ability to view the content from that event. As a charity we rely on our income to function, so please consider your application thoroughly before it is made.

We sincerely hope it won't come to this, but if you believe you are entitled to a refund or wish to change your mind within the 14 day period, please contact us at with your reasons and order number. We will deal with your request as promptly as possible.
