Am I allergic to something in Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

I've been using LDN for two months. The prescriber told me to progress up my dose until I hit two milligrams. I started having reactions. I couldn't sleep during the night. I had horrible sinusitis, ear inflammation, sore throat, white tongue, nausea, fever. I was bedridden. I tried stopping LDN and things got much better. I wanted to stay off it for a few days and then my POTS and MCAS symptoms started acting up. So, I had to start LDN again. Now I'm on just 0.1 milligram and things are a bit better, but I still have reactions when I take LDN. Would you know what's happening?

Well, one thing, I would talk to your compounding pharmacists about is whether there's something in there that you're allergic to. So you're getting benefits but you’re being harmed.
And there is this phenomenon of a certain dose is the sweet spot for particular patients. But also think about, you know, maybe you're allergic to methylcellulose, which a lot of people are. And you've got pollen, allergies to pine trees. Well, that's methylcellulose and therefore you should ask your pharmacist to give it to you in rice flour.
