Are Lymphocyte Maps helpful for Making an MCAS Diagnosis?

Doctor Aristo Vojdani talks about lymphocyte map from Cytrex being helpful in pointing to MCAS. What are your thoughts on this?

But I’ve not found any of those lymphocyte panels helpful, and I’ve done a deep dive into many of them. Maybe not the ones specifically from that lab but there are very specific mediators that need to be measured to make a diagnosis of MCAS.

I don’t doubt that there are ways to get a sort of a gestalt view of MCAS from some of these tests. I’m sure there, it does show some immune dysfunction, but it’s not, it’s not specific for MCAS.

It seems that identifying specific mediators causing symptoms remains a challenge, but ongoing research may lead to better understanding in the future.
