Are there any contraindications when taking LDN and Ativan?

Are there any contraindications when taking LDN and Ativan at 2 mg at night?

Ativan is an anti anxiety benzodiazepine that is used usually to help with sleep. 
Contraindications? Absolutely not. No problem at all. However, we would suggest not taking LDN at nighttime in that case because LDN can interfere with your sleep pattern at nighttime. If you're already finding that it's difficult to sleep and having to take medication to get to sleep at nighttime, miss a day and start taking LDN in the morning thereafter.
If there's any risk that the LDN is interfering with your sleep pattern, then we remove that as an opportunity. So, the simple answer is there is no real problem, but don't take it at the same time.
