Are Vision Issues and Vertigo a side effect of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

A patient taking LDN titrating up at 0.1 milligram had blurred vision and vertigo. What do you think?

LDN, because of the anti-inflammatory effect and the way it works in so many different bodily systems - I'm never adverse to hearing about a new side effect. I would say that's not one I've seen before.
Vertigo, coming from several patients with agitation, just comes from getting up too fast. Go up more slowly, half the dose, or have a break period and start again.
