Benefit of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for Long COVID, Arthritis and More

If I'm currently titrating up to 4.5 milligrams for Long COVID, is it also likely to help me with other conditions such as asthma and chronic pain from an old fracture? Would I eventually need to take a higher dose?

LDN being taken for Long COVID does not mean that it's not going to help other conditions. Many people who get Long COVID, for example, also report improvements in joint pain, arthritis, chronic migraines that they've been having. So, yes, other conditions can improve, but you don't generally need to increase the dose to get those benefits. So once you get to your 4.5 mg, it's really a waiting game to see what else, if anything improves.
Just like for painkillers, when you take a Tylenol or paracetamol, it's not actually killing the pain in your knee on its own. It's killing pain everywhere because it's systemic. It just so happens that you had pain in your knee and you notice it. In the same way with LDN, it's dampening down inflammation across the board, and it may also impact other conditions as well as what you're taking it for.
