Can be adapted to any dietary requirement and is so tasty, filling, quick and easy to make.
1 Large Cabbage - Sliced into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Fresh Ground Hymalyn Salt and Black Peper
1/2 cup grated cheese (for the topping)
2 tbs Butter
Method
1. Add salt and pepper to the vinegar
2. Brush the steaks on both sides
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan
4. Add the steaks and fry over a medium heat cook for about 5 minutes
5. Brush the steak again with the vinegar and turn over, repeat until golden brown
6. Place in a preheated hot oven until cabbage is soft
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown in the oven
8. Serve with homemade tomato ketchup or chilli sauce
