Can I buy Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) on the internet without a prescription?

You can buy something on the internet without a prescription, but I don't know if it's LDN.

Legally can you do it in the United  States and Canada? The answer is no.

It's illegal in England as well, but people still buy it, and our medicines regulatory body, the MHRA, it was something several years ago now, and they were saying that 84 per cent, I believe, of drugs that were shipped into the UK were counterfeit. A large percentage were harmless, and they were just fillers. They didn't have any active ingredients, but some of them were lethal.  I always tell people I wouldn't play Russian Roulette and won't take anything if you're buying a prescription-only drug online. You have no idea what you're buying, and it's a complete no-no. We don’t recommend purchasing the 50-milligram tablets and diluting them. How can you measure a small dose? How do you know what you're getting? If you want to do it properly, you need to work with a compounding pharmacy and get the right product to start with, titrate up and do it properly.

Yes, the point is if it requires a prescription in your country that you're in, it requires a prescription regardless of where you purchase it. If you're buying it off the internet without a prescription, it's like what happened for a while people trying to buy Viagra on the internet.

The number of counterfeit drugs ceased because they were not legally obtained. 84 per cent,  those numbers are staggering, and people think if it's cheap, it's still good, no-no no-no. There are regulations in place for a reason.
