Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) can be taken twice a day after the bedtime or once a day dose has been established.  Twice a day dosing is helpful for depression and pain control especially with situations like fibromyalgia (FM).

The two doses are generally 12 hours apart, morning and bedtime.  We have seen a lot of success with autoimmune issues, fibromyalgia and pain control.

Most disease states do not need twice a day dosing.
