Can LDN be started while on MS drugs?

For patients with MS who currently take modern drugs like Fingolimod, Mitoxantrone, or any of the monoclonal antibodies, can LDN be added?

I would say absolutely, yes. You can add LDN. However, don't do it for three months after having initiated another, different therapy. Don't try and start two at once, because you won't know what's causing a side effect. You won't know what's causing a benefit.

Make sure you're stable on any other medication or any other therapy before initiating LDN. There's no specific contraindications of any of the other MS medications that are currently being used.
