Can LDN be used to treat chronic rhinitis congestion?

Can Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) be used to treat chronic rhinitis congestion?  I guess if this isn't bacterial cause I've never actually seen it being used for like chronic rhinitis. You might need an antibiotic if it's a recurrent situation.

Sometimes chronic rhinitis or chronic congestion is actually fungal or bacterial or it might mean they may be multifactorial.  It may not just be bacterial. It could be virus it could be a lot of things and LDN  is not an antibacterial. It's not an antifungal. we need to find something else.
