Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a rare condition of the nervous system that causes gradual damage to nerve cells in the brain. There is not a lot in the medical literature on the use of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) in this rare disease. MSA is very much like Parkinson's disease. All of my patients with Parkinson's are on LDN and they are doing very well. So I would certainly consider using LDN, starting with a low dose and increasing slowly.
