Can Low Dose Naltrexone be Prescribed with CBD or LDN Alone for Cancer Patients?

In the case of a patient with a history of breast cancer, having had an operation, radiation and taking an anti-hormone drug, should LDN be prescribed with CBD or LDN alone?

We tend to find that patients with active cancer are active stage four, where it's not treatable. The oncologist will go in with LDN every day and CBD three times a week, two or three times a week at 50 milligrams, twice daily. If the patient is on long-term therapy, which is deemed to be going to be quite successful, then you could possibly look at LDN alone. If they're motivated to take CBD as well, it's certainly not going to do any harm. So LDN every day and CBD 3 days on, four days off, roughly 50 milligrams, twice daily in the day isn't a bad place to start.
