Can Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) be used for Detoxification?

Can LDN help with detoxification?   If we're talking about liver detoxification through the metabolic process that is something where LDN can help with the inflammatory portion.  If you're talking about detoxifying from opiates or alcohol or synthetic issues that's where LDN has a different application because we can use it for the mental health association with the addiction process. We can help with the depression and we can help it with anxiety.  Dr Forster, who's in Eugene, Oregon talked about using LDN in that realm and again that dosing routine is very individualized.  This is a two-sided answer but I'm just trying to understand what you mean by detoxification.
