Can Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) be used to Treat Chronic Rhinitis Congestion?

sometimes chronic rhinitis or chronic congestion is actually fungal, or bacteria or they may be multifactorial.  It may not just be bacterial. It could be a virus, it could be a lot of things, and LDN  is not an antibacterial. It's not an antifungal. It's not an antiviral. so we need to find something else.
