I am not really sure about weight gain with LDN. Weight loss is a possibility as this drug (naltrexone) has been studied and is FDA approved in certain doses that exceed what is typically dosed as LDN doses. So there are several studies that support this use of naltrexone in many cases alone or in conjunction with other drugs for weight loss. I have personally not seen weight gain with LDN in my patients.
