Can Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) help with sleep?
I'm about to start an LDN for M.E. I take Triazolam for insomnia. I would like to stop taking this, but it's been difficult and my GP has not been very helpful. I read that LDN can help with sleep issues. I'd like to know more about this, please.
Generally, there are a couple of different ways that LDN helps with sleep issues. There are quite extensive YouTubes on this, but generally LDN reducing your inflammation, which it does very effectively, helps with sleep because it helps regulate the release of hormones at the right time. Time of day dosing doesn't seem to be terribly important, and there's no direct interaction with Triazolam to answer your question.
