Can You Dilute Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?
Can you safely dilute Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)? The answer to this is always NO. Please don’t. Not if you are keeping it in a dark glass bottle in the fridge or if you use distilled water or purified water. If you receive a 50-milligram tablet there is no guarantee that the dose is 50 milligrams. It could be 45 milligrams. Or, it could be anywhere up to 55 milligrams. The reason for the fluctuation is that they don’t test every lot.
If it has taken you a length of time to get the prescription then don't play with your health. Please get this from a professional compounding pharmacy.
A compounding pharmacist will go discuss your sensitivities and intolerances. Many people state they are sensitive to medications and that is often from the fillers.
Please do not dissolve and dilute this medication. You are worth it to get it compounded.
