Can You Take Curcumin and Boswellia Together?

Can you take curcumin and boswellia together or are they too similar?  We use them together a lot.  If you think of curcumin's mechanism that it can do hundreds of things.  Boswellia is probably somewhere between 50 and 100 things.  They have crossover but they're not exactly the same.  Sometimes we use them together if you're doing general immune modulation.  Then if you also have a lot of neurological inflammation or brain cancer or whatever's going on up there. Boswellia has a more specific effect in the brain and especially in our post COVID patients where there's a lot of immuno activity in this nervous system we usually give a curcumin boswellia mixture.  Generally if you're just looking for immunomodulation in a person we usually start with curcumin.  If there's pain or neuroinflammation or other neurological things it's really synergistic to have boswellia there, too.
