Can You Take Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) When Breastfeeding?

Can Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) be used when a patient is breastfeeding? Lactation is always a concern with any medication. The research and the cautions on Naltrexone are from high-dose Naltrexone, okay which is very different than low dose.  I do not have any problems with the nursing mom using LDN because I'm not giving her doses.  In the end a mom has to make an informed decision.
