Can You Tell Where the Inflammation is Coming From in Your Body?

When starting LDN can it be determined from where in the body the inflammation is coming?  Not a specific locale but you're supposed to be suspicious of endothelial inflammation.  So it's not that specific where you can actually say it's coming from the heart.  It's coming from a carotid artery or it's coming from the abdominal aorta.  So hopefully that answers that.
