Can You Use Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Intermittently?

Can you take it intermittently?  Say you forget your pills?  In cancer patients we often cycle the Low Dose Naltrexone on and off. That's my intention. There are some people who have an autoimmune disease that's not well regulated and will also cycle it on and off.  If you miss a couple of doses because your pills weren't in the right place or your prescription ran out you can always go back on it.  Some people are very sensitive to change and those people have to take it every day.  Other people seem to do fine with cycling.
