What is the cutoff for liver enzymes to not use LDN?
I don't think there's a definitive cutoff. A lot of folks have mildly-transiently-elevated liver enzymes from now-called fatty liver disease. I would totally use lots of nutrients with them. If their AST, ALT are in the 30s, 40s; if those liver enzymes jump up dramatically, we're going to want to figure out what's going on before we initiate any new medication.
