Dairy Sensitivity
In terms of food sensitivity, it really depends on that individual patient. I see less reactivity to the non-cow dairies, but certainly, some folks who have a really significant cow dairy sensitivity will react to the proteins that are showing up in sheep dairy. As well, things like casein is going to be in all dairies. Whey is going to be in all dairies. It just kind of depends on what in the dairy is reactive for that person
