Do I need to space Low Dose Naltrexone  (LDN) and Thyroid Medicine? I've been taking both at bedtime and haven't noticed a problem.  I like patients to separate everything from thyroid to take their thyroid on their own to get the best absorption of their thyroid medication. Now if you've been doing this for years then I normally tell you to just and your labs are fine then just keep doing what you're always doing because if all of a sudden you change your labs might slightly change. So if that's how you've been doing it forever and your thyroid labs are perfect I would just keep doing what you're doing. If you end up they say something like, oh your thyroid isn't working as well, then I would try to take it alone, glass of water first thing in the morning.

So I lined myself up for this one, didn't I? Hyperbaric plus LDN cures POTS? I don't think I quite said that, but in fact, I think in my experience so far, I'm really quite surprised about how many people have a very rapid resolution of their POT symptoms when they've started on LDN and trying to tried the hyperbolic chamber  I don't really know why but I do know there was a paper published on it which if I can find it, I will send to you to the patients asking the question.
