Do we need Liver Function Test before starting Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

When we should be worrying about LFTs (liver function tests) with LDN?

So we have only ever referred anyone for an LFTs when they're in end-stage liver failure. Other than that, because of the doses, it's really irrelevant to most people. There really isn't a concern unless you're in end-stage liver failure.
