Do you have recommendations for Hidradenitis suppurativa lesions slash boils?

I have recommendations for Hidradenitis suppurativa but it doesn't usually involve Naltrexone.  The formulations that we typically use are using combinations of rifampin and clindamycin together along with the tumor necrosis Alpha inhibitor and a keratolytic and we've seen good results with that combination applied twice daily.  If you want to contact your compounding pharmacist and ask them for something and that they may have available that's similar to that is certainly a viable treatment option.  There are other things that typically, in the past, compounding pharmacies or dermatology issues to ask company pharmacists to make resorcinol which is one of the things we've seen used topically to treat that.  Unfortunately, resorcinol has gone the way of the dinosaur.  It's no longer available.  There are no reputable manufacturers worldwide that we are aware of producing it.  Unfortunately, we've lost that tool in our toolbox, sorry.
