Do You Stop Taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Before Surgery?

Do I stop LDN before lipoma surgery? Where I'll be put to sleep?  Yes, you stop LDN. I normally, I mean, as I  said, it has a short half-life of four to six hours.  So normally, you know a day or two before you have your surgery. Then you can resume again once you are off if you get put on, let's say, opioids; you can resume after you are off opioids. Normally it's no problem, and normally I guess you can go right back up to the dose you were on if it was a short-term situation. If you think you're a little bit more chemically sensitive, you might want to do a little taper up. Kind of depends on how you feel about that situation.
