Does BID dosing of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) minimize side effects?
Does BID dosing minimize side effects, provide even more pain relief, even though the receptors ramp up at night?
This is where I'm going to go to start with the BID. Then I would consider even going to a QID and separate your dose out and find out what works best for you. If you're saying it ramps up at night and you need relief overnight, this is where that lower dose may not cause that same endorphin rush that wakes you up and it still may give you pain relief. But, yeah, there was a pain specialist at the LDN conference in June. He's like, "Oh, yeah, four times a day". And literally, every head kind of turned except for me. And I'm like, ‘Yeah, I'm not surprised’. If it works, it works. So I want you to find the dose that works, that's working best for you.
