Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) dosing have to reach 4.5mg?

My most common question will probably be, “Does everyone get to 4.5?”  My answer is, “No.”  A lot of people stay at one. They might only get to two, and so when we talk about the sweet spot, I know we always say 4.5, but it's not really the gold standard. I mean, that's when a lot of research has been done, but I have a lot of patients who are very successful at one milligram. If they're doing great there, like, and they have side effects if they try to go to two, then like, stay at one. It's great. They have great benefits. You don't have to go up to 4.5 all the time. In turn, sometimes I might have a patient who's on six instead of 4.5, so it's really, really patient-dependent,   I would say that probably my most common question is, people think they have to get to a certain dose, but that's not always the case.
