Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Help With Multifactorial or Multi-Focal Motor Neuropathy?
Have you seen LDN help with multifactorial or multi-focal motor neuropathy? I haven't seen this specific diagnosis but any time we see a neuropathy we can we've seen benefits with Low-Dose Naltrexone mainly because, again, when we're dealing with disease states that are inflammatory in nature Low-Dose Naltrexone can help with that because of how it will block those tlr4 receptors and work specifically on those pro-inflammatory chemicals called cytokines in the body. And I guess that also works on the tlr9, right, so tlr9 is more specific in the skin, whereas tlr4 is more on the cell surface. So it works incredibly well both ways.
