Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) cause an increase or decrease in cranial pressure?

As someone that works with primary and metastatic brain cancer, I have found LDN VERY helpful in overcoming intracranial pressure/edema as it directly lowers inflammation in the brain, so in my personal experience, I would say it decreases intracranial pressure.
