Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) have a negative effect on the immune system? 

No. You can still get infection from, you know, we're right in the middle of cold and flu season, right? So it's still a very good possibility to come down with something, but being on LDN isn't necessarily going to suppress that so that you're more likely to catch infection. 
So I would say no, that's not necessarily the case. If anything, that LDN will help modulate your immune system and help you to fight infection.
