Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Help with POTS?
A patient asked if there is much data for LDN helping with POTs?
I haven't done the specific search of LDN for POTS on PubMed, but I have a feeling it's going to come up like LDN and MCAS. Honestly it may only come up with the same exact patient case that I presented in the website because she had POTS also. There definitely needs to be more studies. MCAs and POTS we see together all the time, so I don't think there's going to be much hardcore data on it.
You could Google, MCAS and POTS and you're going to come across a lot of different doctors that have experience with it and have written about it.
