Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Help with Pots?

We have a number of private cardiologists who are using LDN in small doses for POTS and it's having great results. So, it would appear that yes, the answer is, it does indeed seem to improve POTS. No one's quite sure why, but the dose is rarely above 1 milligram that we're seeing for POTS. It seems to be a totally new type of condition and range, and it seems to respond to much lower doses than we use for autoimmune conditions.

So, to answer your question, it seems to improve POTS. Do I know why? Probably not. I haven't spent enough time thinking about it or looking at it. There are cardiologists who certainly have and are using those doses of 0.5 to 1 milligram daily in the morning.
