Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Increase Mast Cell Activation Syndrome?

Have you ever seen LDN increase Mast Cell Activation Syndrome?  I haven't yet.   I may have because the compliance with prescribing LDN isn't great and that a lot of patients who are started on it don't go through to the complete titration, unfortunately.  It's very tedious, as you saw, increasing by 100 micrograms every other day and keeping track of all of that.  So we really would need some good controlled studies on these specific targets, like mast cell or microglia or chronic pain or opioid detoxification, so that we could really talk about it more intelligently based on data.
