Does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Raise Dopamine?

For patients with pain from dopamine buildup, I wonder if LDN might raise her dopamine and inadvertently…  So, the thought is that the LDN can affect dopamine D2 receptors.  There could, you know, whatever can help, can hurt. I don't know of any literature relating to that, but I think it would be possible.  If you're using LDN on somebody and they are complaining of being worsened, then you want to think about significantly lowering the dose or eliminating the use of the LDN.
