Does peripheral neuropathy benefit from LDN? If yes, what dosage?  So once again there is no dosage.  It's sort of like saying what size shoe should I wear?  So you can say the average size for a guy is a nine D or E.  That really wouldn't work.  So I think what we want to do is dispense with this idea that there's a dose and rather be speaking and thinking about how we can find the specific dose through some titration.
