Dosing of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

The patient was withdrawing from his antidepressant, and is currently on 2.5 mg of LDN and titrating up every two weeks.  

This is basically about twice daily dosing.  As Michelle said, you might be taking a higher dose at one point and a lower dose later. It's not always the same, and I can't necessarily tell you what you'll have to do, but like I said, sometimes it's like 6 mg twice a day. 

It's really patient-dependent, but yes, I do think twice daily to three times daily dosing is excellent for this. But it's not always going to equal 4.5. It might go higher. It's totally dependent on the patient. So, sorry, that's a hard question to answer.
