Armin Schwarzbach, MD, PhD - Modern tests for diagnosing Lyme Disease (2017 Conference) (LDN, low dose naltrexone)

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that can be spread to humans by infected ticks. It's usually easier to treat if it's diagnosed early. In this presentation Dr Schwarzbach talks about modern tests for Lyme disease and how crucial it is to get the diagnosis right.

The scientific methods used to detect Lyme Disease are also discussed, such as EliSpot (Interferon Gamma Release Assay), which reflects the T-cellular activity of bacteria and viruses.

The basic diagnostic tests for chronic lyme disease include SeraSpot, Borrelia Elispot and CD57 + cells.
