In this presentation Dr Holtorf explains how his own fight against Chronic fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) motivated him to find alternative treatments. This presentation includes plenty of useful ways to manage CFS/ME.

The impacts of CFS/ME are listed, including post exertional fatigue, neurological impairment (cognitive dysfunction, pain or sleep disturbance) and energy metabolism/ transport impairments.

Dr Kent Holtorf talks about why these conditions are so poorly treated, stating that typical medications often include antidepressants and sleep meds, which don’t actually combat any symptoms. Only simple symptomatic treatments are often approved.
