Mark Mandel, PharmD - LDN and Pets (2017 Conference) (LDN, low dose naltrexone)

Albeit a brief ten minute presentation, Dr Mandel proves to demonstrate how Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) can be effective in treating inflammatory conditions in not only humans but also dogs and other pets.

LDN is usually in the 3.0 mg to 4.5 mg range. The consensus is that harm is only associated with the original commercial strength of LDN, which has been used in doses of 150 mg or more.

In many cases LDN has proved to be successful where conventional treatment was not. Dr Bernard Bihari is a great advocate of LDN being applied in alternative contexts, therefore why wouldn’t LDN work for an inflammatory disease in a dog?

This is a summary of Dr Mark Mandel’s presentation. Please listen to the rest of Dr Mandel’s story by clicking on the video above.
