Dr Chopra begins by scientifically explaining what Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is, explaining how it is usually triggered after a major trauma in the patient’s life, be that a car accident or the passing of a loved one.

This is followed by an in depth analysis of how to spot the symptoms of CRPS, which include pain on touching, and trophic changes. Trophic changes can range from hair growth, nail growth and skin changes.
