Is fatigue a typical side effect of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?
Not in my opinion. I don't see too much of that. I see mostly sleep disturbance, probably number one, as something that would cause one to discontinue it or move to a different part of the day.
I would say the second would be vivid dreams, although I usually don't find people quitting LDN due the vivid dreams.
Hair loss might be one general intolerance. I've had a few people have ringing in the years, but I would have to say that fatigue is not something I usually see now.
It is one of the top three complaints of long Covid, for sure, but not LDN.
